Maximise fuel economy for Ecoboost

You are doing very well with 37mpg. My 2015 ecoboost/pp got 30-31 hwy. Hell 37mpg is better than most Honda Civics...

I seen around 42 mpg on the highway but right now I average 17 mpg in the city cause I got a lead foot cause of my mods.

Lighter wheels and tires than what you currently have will probably be the best thing. Continental ExtremeContact DW seem to be the lightest tires around. Shedding weight in general will be the biggest benefit. Lowering the car could theoretically make it more aerodynamic.

are you talking about UK or US mpg? IIRC there are different, aren't it?

My wife has a 15 Eco. around town, 29 every tank. We drove to Tennessee and made 35, 100% stock car. I will get a K&N and test that theory also.

For me to get that kinda mileage there would have to be a Driver Switch... I am averaging about 26mpgs but LOTS of Smiles!!

I can easily get 34 or more MPG hwy (on an interstate for example) IF I don't fool around..... well, can't help it..... so my average is usually around 30. By the way, same holds true for even a Prius... fool around (?) and your mileage tanks.

My EB auto gets about 30 mpg at 30mph, 35mpg at 45mph, nearly 40 mpg at 55mph, then drops fast to about 30-35mpg at 70-75 mph.

Good numbers, but considering I get 29-30 at 70 mph in my GT, I'm happy.

I can get 14.4 km\l for a whole tank if I drive like an elderly.
That's 33.8 mpg (US) or 40.6 mpg (UK).

The trick is: always ALWAYS follow the green arrow that recommend you when switch to the upper gear. It comes on at about 2k rpm so you have to keep your rpm below this threshold.

It works.. but you will not have the feeling to drive a 317 hp car.

After breakin in my engine this way, then I started to drive like a regular person, and now my average is 10 km\l (23.5 mpg US)

PP with 3.55 gears, Roush CAI. I can barely get 31mpg highway..(that's trying really really hard). About 23 or 24mpg city.
