What is the magneride for? To change ride quality settings? I have a PP and never once felt the need to change the suspension feel. Even on long highway slabs, the PP is sublime.
It's more than just ride quality.

Because they are active they can constantly change depending on the scenario, like firming up the left side of the car as you make a hard right turn.

This is particularly beneficial on track. I have pictures of my car and my buddies Camaro SS with MR and his car has a significant amount less roll and rides a little softer than mine does in his touring mode.

It's a good tech but it's expensive and considering how he has had 3 shocks replaced in 10k miles, I'm curious about how they hold up to on track situations or if he just got 3 bad ones.

Congrats and welcome! There's definitely a lot of BMW guys here now. I ditched my E90 M3 for a 2016 GT and couldn't be happier. The Coyote is a hell of a motor and your 2018 engine is even better.

We traded in the '13 BMW 335 this past weekend for a '18 GT PP1 Vert with Magneride.

The Mustang does feel larger than the BMW especially in the corners but aside from that the ride is smoother than the BMW thanks to the Magneride.

I do like all of the hi-tech amenities that the Mustang offers over the BMW (especially price wise).

Real nice write up. We're glad to have a convert.

Tell me more about the wheel spacers.

I was looking at a 14 335ix this weekend and debating buying one opposed to a 18 gt. It drives pretty great but it’s 4 years old and that sort of detered me

I too am a former BMW owner. '81 320i to 2001 e39 M5. The M5 was by far the nicest car I've ever owned until I bought my '16 GT. It's as much fun as my M5. A lot of bang for the buck!

2018 mustang GT transmission is the best transmission I have ever driven and shifted. Much better than my Shelby gt350.

Car looks great.
