Do we know or have a general idea of the safe HP/TQ on the stock engine? I know MAP is hitting like 500hp, but is this reliably safe to any extent?

I think its been said already, but 350RWHP and about 400RWTQ is the limit for the stock turbo.

I don't care about the stock turbo.

I care about the engine, the block, rods, pistons etc. What is the limit for the engine.

The stock turbo will restrict you before you can even reach the limit of the motor.

Its about 425/410.

Its about 450/450, give or take 25/25 or so.
Yes... I am aware of that.

The limit of the turbo is 380whp, that is what I push them to if customers request on racegas. I have made 500whp/465wtq with the stock motor with no problems but it is not recommended. The furthest I will push a stock block for a customer with a big turbo kit is 450whp/400wtq.

Adam,

Would you say the engine longevity at that 450/400 is safe for long term or would you keep it lower say under 400 to maintain stock like engine longevity?

Sounds coincidentally close to the numbers expected from VTTs stage II turbo upgrade with FBO and e30 :-) like a match made in heaven.

Can't wait!

I don't anticipate any problems in the long run.

The quality of the tune is going to become more and more critical as the power levels go up... longevity definitely factors into that equation as well. Assuming you have a good tune under your belt, 450HP has been a threshold we have been recommending for stock block
