Today I removed the whole IRS from my 2016 GT350 Track Pack. I'm finally going to take the holiday weekend off to replace all the IRS and Differential bushings with Ford Performance aluminum bushings, Cortex lower control arm bearings front and rear, Ford performance toe arm bearings, BMR vertical links and BMR toe links. I'm also replacing the front lower control arm rubber bushings with Cortex bearings, vorshlag camber plates, my R calipers, R front and rear springs, R rear sway bar.
As I said I dropped the whole IRS cradle and what I noticed and can't believe is the left and right axle diameters.
The left axle is 1.300"
The right axle is 1.112"
Even the left CV joints are bigger. I didn't have my larger calipers to measure the CV joints but they are noticeably bigger. I hope I didn't get another fk up. Has anyone else seen this?
