Grabbed these (Cervinis knock-offs) late last month and they showed up on my doorstep 10 days later (ordered on a Friday, delivered the next Monday). Packaging was a box inside of a box with some bubble wrap. Inside the smaller box were the louvers which were each wrapped in a soft fabric to protect them from scratching one another.

The louvers themselves seem to be consistent in color and appearance although one has a slight raised paint bump and a scratch at the back bottom corner (can't really notice it once on the car).

They are solid and from inside the car you will not be able to see through the quarter window at all, if that's a deal breaker for you...move to another option.

They also came with two rolls of 3M double sided foam tape which is more than enough to fully tape the edges of both louvers.

I thought about getting them paint matched, but with the window surround and the extra cost I figured I'd try it like this first.

All in all, I'm pretty satisfied with the quality of the product, especially for the price. Time will tell how long they hold up, but initial impressions are positive...and they aren't $300 for plastic.

Hope this and the pictures help anyone thinking about giving it a shot!

They look pretty nice and I'm sure would look really good painted. I saw that the seller has other styles as well and has rear louvers. I'm curious about the rear louvers. Any chance that they are on your radar?

No, I've never been much of a fan of the rear louver look personally and especially not the texture of the one they've got.

I bought these exact same ones last year..... They were heavy louvers. I received them warped and because they were warped, they wouldnt stay on the window no matter how strong of a tape I used... Eventually one of them took flight while I was driving on the highway...... Highly disappointed.

A few minutes with a heat gun will take the warp out.

No warp issues here, the only things I noticed were the small scratch at the bottom edge and the raised spec of paint.

I think it'd be pretty easy to tell if they're warped as you put the mounting tape on it though. And don't have experience with any other louvers but they didn't feel heavy to me...UPS had the package weight at 4lbs which includes the two boxes and packaging materials so I'd guess less than 1lb per louver?

Had some back road driving in Mexico last night where I was going 110 for awhile and no ill effects so far.

I've thought about getting those, but I've not yet decided. They look like decent quality, and the price is right.

drill holes in the bottom before sticking them on. You will appreciate it when you wash your car and the water that accumulates in there will be able to drain quickly and not have a fish bowl look from the inside as it slowly drains.

Mine will be delivered on the 10th and I'll update then.

How is the adhesive tape? Is there a more robust tape to use so I can make sure they don't fly off?

I always recommend upgrading tape to VHB if it isn't already included.

That probably would have been a good idea and sounds like a simple enough solution. And a small hole shouldn't cause any issue with building up wind to tear it off. Hopefully since I put the tape around pretty much all of the trim there isn't too much build up and whatever does come hopefully heats away since I'm in Florida! I'll let you know later because it is raining today.

You can see the roll they provide in one of the pictures, I'm not sure if it's VHB but it is definitely a 3M double sided foam tape. Seems like they cut a bigger roll in to thinner strips so it fits the trim of the louver.

edit » for the water bit, I can't see anything between the louver and the window on either side so far, not even condensation. Yesterday it rained pretty much all day too.
