I can not give you an address but it is present in Appalachia there are many sites to take a deeper dive google mountain top removal mining or something close you will find plenty of informationI'm in Pa., as far as waterways, streams, creeks, they're simply taboo here.
My inlaws were/are in surface mining right now, DEP will not stand for it. If the stream has fish, you're not allowed near it. They don't play that game here.addle:
