@Steeda MR. Stoddard,
Quick note to say thank you for the "thank you" card you sent us after our purchase. Nice touch, well done, and personally written. Rare. Very rare these days (and I'm thanking you via forums...sorry). I do not know how much business you do in a month but I do know the time of year my wife made the purchase and I can only guess the amount of sales you did. So I'm guessing busy (end of June with July being a high volume sale due to the 4th).
My point in all of this is that Mr. Stoddard took time out of his day to send a thank you note for what was maybe 900 dollars of business. This tells me it isn't about the sale but your service and attention to how buyers feel. I just wanted to send a quick note to say thanks and let others know how you do business.
It is the right way. Please pass along my regards and thanks.
