$750 Private Cash 'Brochure' Offer- Are these still available?

I am trying to hunt down how to get a chance at a $750 Private Cash Offer to use for when I pick up my convertible (EDD 3/13/15).
Are these $750 'Brochure' Private Cash Offers still around and valid? I see from these threads:

That I go to this page:
http://www.ford.com/brochures/
and I see I click on a car, then click on 'View Details' under Brochures, then fill in my address.

Questions:
1) Can this coupon be used on a car that was ordered (even well before brochures were requested)?
2) Do these $750 Private Cash Offers work on top of the $500 Ford Rebate (being called 'Customer Cash' os of 2/3)?
3) I have read here that I can send in three requests (for different cars) and also anyone in my household
(which is only my wife), can also send in three car requests. "IF" a $750 coupon came with a brochure for a non Mustang,
can it be used on my already ordered Mustang?
4) My address and ZIP code is 1.5 hour away from the dealer I ordered from. Would a coupon I receive to my address
only be used at a specific dealer near me? Or can I take the coupon to the dealer a few counties away
where my new car will be, and use it there with no issues?
5) Is it anymore likely to 'get lucky' by asking to receive via snail mail vs. email?

I ordered a GT Vert on 12/15 and was able to combine the $750 brochure and the $500 dream big rebates.

4) you can use the coupon at any Ford Dealership.
5) anyone's guess.

Rebate # 34942, expiration 03/08/15.

That is ALL anyone needs to know...
It does NOT have a name on it. (I've had several that expired)
Told my dealer the updated number, believe me. they'll check the program date themselves.
It's Fords program and it's not exclusive.

There is a absoutely no resason to request brochures, unless you really need them.

Now when that date ends, if some gets an update one, just post the new number with the experitation date... Pay it forward.

Mine was attached to my name and address in their system, which makes sense since it was a customer loyalty cash thing.

I saw a number on a November thread (800) 392-3673, but I thought they said that was just to request a brochure (in hopes of getting one of the random $750 coupons). But you are saying they are not random, that you just call and ask for a $750 Private Cash Offer and that (800) # will give it to you? :eyebulge:
If the current offer expires 3/8/15, I will likely need to hope for the pay it forward good graces of others here as my EDD is currently 5 days past that expiration date on 3/13/15. Do Not say that date and name of the day in the same sentence! ;)

Same with mine - I showed them the card (which I still have), but they looked me up in their system.

This looks just like the one that I had (which expired 12/1/14), but as I mentioned above, the dealership already knew about it.

It would be nice if you could just hand them around like a cheerleader, but I don't think that's the case.

I just emailed my salesman about this rebate. We will see if it works. My car is in but I haven't had a chance to go get it.

So you just tell the dealer the number and you don't need to give him anything?
