Just wanted to give a shout out to Team Steeda for their accomplishments:
Steeda’s Dario Orlando and Glen Vitale, President, and Vice President, respectively, have taken that to heart. The duo won the SCCA 2017 Tropical Endurance Series, running in the T1 Class with Steeda’s #20 Yellow S550 Mustang Race Car. The Tropical Endurance Series is run on a number of tracks throughout south and central Florida, with most events being run as 90-minute Enduro races in conjunction with SCCA regional races.
Racing is in Steeda’s DNA. From the parts we manufacture to the people who keep Steeda ticking, racing is an intricate part of the company. It’s no surprise that the leaders of the company have a passion and competence for racing. Not only is it thrilling to suit-up and hit the track, but it is also a great way for the company to test a lot of new parts and prototypes. There’s no better way to ensure high-quality, functional products than testing their performance in real driving situations. As Dario likes to say, “Racing either proves a theory or destroys it.”
The dynamic duo will be back to compete in the 2018 Tropical Endurance Series, once again vying for the top spot.
