Hey guys, I’m hoping to get examples of flush and tucked aftermarket wheel offsets for the 350/350R. I’m sure this thread will come in handy for future wheel projects so please provide your info if applicable. Many of us are planning to lower our cars with several of the new springs coming out.

I’ve dug up the factory R specs below. The factory R spec rear wheel pokes out just over a quarter of an inch; this includes the 6GR R spec wheels too.

These are the factory R specs I pulled off the net, not sure how accurate they are:
1. Front rotors are 15.5 inches. The calipers add to the size considerably so watch for wheels where the inner drum has extra material. Rear rotors are 14.9 inches
2. Bolt pattern 5 x 114.3
3. Factory R Spec: Front Wheel is 19x11 and rear is 19x11.5
4. Stud diameter is 14mm with -1.50 pitch. Make sure your aftermarket wheels are not being compared to the standard S550 wheel stud. They are big!
5. Hub/Centerbore is approximately 70.5mm
6. Offset: Front 24mm / Rear 55mm

Standard GT350 stock specs:
1. Front 19x10.5, rear 19x11
2. Offset front 30mm, rear 62mm offset

I found a decent offset calculator online too. http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator

Here are my SV103 Signature Forged wheels bronze finish with tint. Zero wheel poke and fender flush at all four corners. Essentially I went with a type R front and stock rear. The car is lowered on FMS springs and I have no rubbing issues.

1. 20 x 11 square setup.
2. Front offset is 25mm.
3. Rear offset is 62 mm.
4. Tires are Sport Cup 2's 305/30/20

Here’s an example of the HRE 305 Classic that seem to fit fender flush. I called today to get the specs.

1. 19 x 11 square setup all the way around.
2. Front offset is 14 mm. Seems a little aggressive when compared to the factory front offset.
3. Rear offset is 56 mm. Keep mind this wheel is ½” thinner than the factory R spec.

This is an example of the Rotiform KPS Forged that seem to tuck under the fender. Rotiform has confirmed widths via email.

1. 20x10.5 Front
2. 20x11 Rear
3. The owner does not know the offsets. The vendor said they will only provide the offsets if you order a set of wheels..lame

IronChefs old setup. HRE RS105M. He had some rubbing issues with the rear caliper on the inner drum.

1. Front 19x11,
2. Rear 19x11.5 rear
3. Front offset +24
4. Rear offset +56
5. Tires 305/30 and 315/30 Cup2 tire

IronChefs current setup. Vossen CG205
1. Front 20x11
2. Rear 20x11.5
3. Front offset +24
4. Rear offset +60
5. Tires 285/30 and 305/30

A flush look very much depends on tire camber settings. If you are going to get a track alignment than I would say a factory R rear offset/rim width will get the top of the tire nearly flush with the slightest poke out.

Have you looked in the Wheel and Tire sub-forum? Lots of good info there.

I have looked into the wheel and tire subforms but most of the stats are on the regular S550 chassis. We need specific info for the 350/350R platform. We also need more than just pics...we need specs. I have a call into Finspeed as well to get their input. We should have some decent stats for everyone to use pretty soon.

Here's the wheel poke with a 55 offset in the rear 11.5 wide wheel. Stock and 6GR wheels.

Cool, Fair enough. Quite a few threads there about GT350 and 350R fitments already. Oh, quick question for you, in your original post, you stated to be careful about the standard S550 wheel studs. Why? They are the same for all S550s except slightly longer on the 350R IIRC. Good luck with your search, I'm sure something will pop up for you with the info you're looking for.

Agreed, that front fitment is a little on the aggressive side. This particular fitment was selected by the owner, but normally we would have that front fitment sucked in a bit more into the fenders. Luckily though we can cut our wheels to almost any size/offset so if it's too aggressive in those photos, we can cut the next set to be tailored made specifically for the owners needs and bring that fitment in if requested.

Hey Jurrian, I was hoping you would join the convo. It would be much appreciated if you could provide some ideal specs to get the wheels tucked with widest wheel width possible?

Also, can you provide specs on the blue R101s that were shown in the same photo shoot? I'll update the thread once I get the info.

thanks for throwing this out there. ive been looking for an aggressive setup in 19" as I typically DD my 350, but have struggled to find 19s that clear our brakes in the look I have wanted. I really like a lot about the hre classic setup now that I see it here, just with different offsets. ive been envisioning a really non-concave, deep dish rear wheel like you'd see on a resto-mod Camaro or something, but haven't found anything that fits the bill as of yet.

The HRE Classic wheel you're referring to is 100% custom made to order so we can make whatever offset you like :). Also you can select to have flatter profiles as we make several different conical profiles from HO (flat), MO (medium) and LO (deep).

If you're going for Retro, the Classic series SCREAMS Retro as it's very 2-dimensional. Exactly the same reason I picked up a set of Classic 300's myself.

Doesn't get more retro than putting Classic 305's on a Ferrari F40:

On the 20x11 square set up with 305/30. Do you guys think I can run a 305/35/20 without any rubbing? I just want a little more height. the chin spoiler is too damn low.

I get a very small amount of rubbing on the fender liner closest to the door on full lock out; the plastic fastener head specifically. A 35 series may be pushing it on a 20" wheel for the front.
