JPC/RGR built a 5.8 Coyote that is currently being used by some record holding drag car. I'll try to dig up who it was but IIRC they are running 7's in the 1/4 with lots of turbo. Lots and lots of turbo.
Isn't that a custom billet block.

I don't see anyway a ford casting will ever be more than 5.2

I don't recall, though I agree I don't believe Ford would get that much displacement out of the Coyote from the factory. Just mentioning that it is possible and not a physical limitation to just 5.0/5.2l.

Or Competition Orange, as it's most recently been called.......pretty much the same colour :)

What we REALLY need is some more Mach 1 specific news!!! :ford:
You can only tell the difference if you put Comp Orange and Calypso Coral next to each other. The CO has a slight bit more red in it.

Those colors are very different in that pic. Though ill admit, comp orange always looks like red in pictures. In person CO is def orange. Both look great there.

Multiple color options

Well the classic Mach's had multiple color options for their stripes..

For example, in 1970 the black highlights were the default, however white hood and bumper accents were an option. However just over 1,000 of the some 60,000+ Mach's had them.
Yes,they did have multiple color options. I am lucky enough to have one car with a blacked out hood and another with the rare white hood and stripe kit. :)

So, I'm guessing no new Mach 1s for the current Generation. Maybe after the updated 2020 model

I've not given up hope.........yet.

My thoughts are the Mach 1 is:

1 - The new "GT500" supercharged CPC V8 halo-stang
2 - A n/a 5.2 CPC V8 to effectively replace the GT350 and sit between the "GT500" and GT.

I'd expect either or both for the '19MY........it's the 50th anniversary of the Mach 1, after all.

:)

I lik your #2 thought. Where do you suspect the power would fall relative to the GT350? I wouldn't mind if it was equal to the GT350 but had more streetable gearing.

Make it available with either the GT350's Tremec manual, or the new 10-speed auto.
