UK sequential indicator supplier

Were these replacements QC'd before being shipped?

Ive just fitted mine, and unfortunately I still have problems.

One of cables has a fault which means the rear lights do no illuminate (brakes and sequential fine, just the std. rear illumination).

I have crossed the cables left to right to verify, and its just a problem in one of the cables.

Im afraid my patience is up with this one. JWR ill be sending you an separate email with a request for a refund.

hmm, not sure what happened there.

Items are QCed 3 times after PCB, after assembly, and after rasin.
We shipped about 500 pairs (1000 units) so far, this apparently makes this the 2nd one.

Sounds like a solder issue in one of the connectors or modules to me... G'luck!

Sounds like I am unlucky then, but all the same my journey with the product has come to an end.

I might revisit in the future if the QC and reliability can be sorted.

How is everyone getting on with their modules?

I've not yet had a chance to fit mine, so can't give any feedback yet but I'm wondering how others have found theirs.

I'm sorry to hear that Kapitein has had more problems, but hope that this is just a one off, rather than being symptomatic of another faulty batch.

I fitted mine the day after receiving them and had a quick test drive; glad to report everything was OK.
Last weekend did almost 100 miles and for reasons to complicated to mention was followed by my wife in her car. She reported that the look was good and the lights did not miss a beat and I had no problems in the Mustang.
So all looking good.

Hi everyone , apart from kapiteinlangzaam we are pleased to say we have had no other negative feedback from this latest batch

its been a bit of a journey with the EU / UK models but that seems to be firmly behind us now and everyone receiving the latest lamp upgrades are fitting in minutes and without issue

Good to hear. Seems like I was typically the unlucky one.

If the reports are still good in about 6m I'll buy another set. I'd just had enough of waiting (and taking the sub out of the car!!) for now.

Yes, I was offered another replacement (3rd set)..... But I've had enough of taking my boot to pieces and had lost confidence in the product.

Hence refund at my choosing.

I understand, taking out the sub etc. ain't that pleasant I do hope the other issues with you car are sorted out by now, you had to much IMHO!

Still I'm gonna give these modules a try somewhere next month... I would have preferred the 3x amber LED boards though but cutting the lights in half is not up to me...

I've finally had a chance to install the modules today, and after a short test drive, I'm happy to report that they work fine.

Hopefully, they won't fail on me, as getting the subwoofer out / in again is a bit of a pain.

Before I press buy lol anyone tested this on a 2018 ? wiring hasn't changed in anyway has it
