Optional painted stripes...nice. this is gonna add a lot to the price of a 350. A loaded up base model will be over 65k. Makes me wonder how much the 500 gonna be

Would have been nice to see that Ford is now using an improved halfshaft design that no longer spews grease at the CV joints. They either did and don't want to bring it up or they did nothing. I suspect the latter.

Very excited for painted stripes, I love the Rs matte stripes but the standard stripes are a bitch to keep scratch free. Looking forward to that upgrade on the 500.

If they're merging GT500 education with the GT350...I would love to see this pipe dream come true upon the big boy's unveiling. Since Ford seems to be in love with the GT350 so much (for now), that they offer an engine upgrade package for all GT350's maybe from learning something from the GT500. Say intake, cams, and recalibration. Hello 600 horsepower with remaining warranty?

Yeah, never happening.

So...is the R no more then?
That is what I am thinking the R is going away since the 500 is coming out and they are reworking the standard Gt350 to improve sales. I think with the carbon fiber wheels being on back order they may drop the R in favor of the GT 500.

:gossip: dual clutch.
Negatory. Doesn't fit the profile for the 350. Too much weight as per Hameedi and Nar. I know both are gone but still, a dual clutch for one derivative one year one retrofit? Eh...sounds like a bad investment to me.

So true!

I'm glad I'm happy with my Lightning Blue GT350 because all the performance improvements they made look to be minor enough that we can add all of them to our pre-2019 cars. Not sure I will do the additional blanking of the grille but if that part is removable I could still do that and have the option of changing it back. I want the wing with the gurney flap for sure though!
