I don't know if anyone has posted this video/seen it so I thought I would.

Um why is it so quiet?

Probably just a bad microphone setup but I thought it was cool to see it in action. I agree though, it would definitely be better with more roaring and squealing of tires!

I do a lot of video editing for my job. The audio is unsync'd. You can tell because the sound of the car going by happens before the car passes. Also, at times you hear the rocks on the road even though the camera is so far away that you shouldn't be able to hear it. I am guessing they mic'd up the car and then tried to match edit the audio with the video. With that said, depending on the kind of mic and where it was placed, the surrounding noise, and wind hitting it...all would make a difference in the overall sound.

The last 5 seconds or so is when you can hear it open up... oh well, I'm sure we 'll see more vids in the future with better audio.

Seems like this is raw footage, before finishing, music, etc.

The ride looks really smooth from the exterior.
