Anyone ever purchase anything from OE Wheels LLC? I did a search and I keep getting hits about Ford OE wheels manufactured by Ford.

Reason I ask is I'm wanting better wheels for my car but not ready to drop substantial money to get the good stuff. If this stuff is utter crap, I'd rather wait.

I've had some good correspondence with them on their wheels and generally the reviews seem pretty good. They'll be heavier but will work. Their 18x10 is supposedly about 25 lbs, and the 19x10 about 27-28 lbs. The only thing that is a big question mark is whether their 18x10 clears the base GT brakes. Big plus on the 19x10 is that they're +35 offset, so they'll fit just about perfectly flush.

I spoke with them and they say the 18x10 will clear because that is what I want in the back. I'd like to have that in front but I don't think the offset is correct to do that.

Weight I'm ok with because I asked about the weight and they said 25lbs to me as well and my stock wheels are around 24.5lbs according to the "what things weigh" thread. Gets me some more rubber cheap. Base GT brakes are find for now, so 18" wheels will be fine for awhile.

The 18x10 has a +42 and will clear in the front if you use a 5 mm spacer. +40 is about the closest you can do a 10" wheel comfortably.

Serious? That gets me 295/35-18's all around if that works. That is a whole lotta fun right there.

I have bought wheels from them. They are good quality and never had any issues.

You're alright BmacIL. Too bad I don't travel to Chicago anymore, I'd buy you a beer next time I went.

I was seriously considering the OE Wheels till I landed this setup, and was planning on the 275/40R18 Indy 500s. Such a good deal!

I have a set of the 19X8.5 PP replicas in satin black. I get compliments on them since I put them on and they only cost me around $560 shipped.

Just to bump this thread. I've been running 19x10+35 from them for a couple years now with 275/40s. I have some brembos on order for my GT. It looks like there is plenty of room but I won't know till I try.

Oewheelsllc website is misleading because I can run the 19x10s all the way around with a tall tire and they fit fine. No spacers

anything other than chrome rims are good from them. ran three sets from them. first was used chrome set that peeled right away. second was a machined finish, they were great. third, which is my current set of black chrome look amazing and get compliments all the time, but they too have begun peeling and it was pretty immediate after six months and have replaced a couple of them already. coincidently they are phasing my current ones out and are going for real cheap. i am moving on to a different set, none chrome, real soon.

I bought a set of wheels for them, $300/set with free shipping. They had ideal size / offset for what I needed and look fairly well made. Will mount them in the spring, so don't have anything more than that at the moment.

UPDATE

The 19x10 +35 PP replica that Oewheelsllc sells FITS on all for corners with NO spacers with a 275/40 or 285/35 square with NO ISSUES. Also the CLEAR FACTORY BREMBOS.

So thier website is incorrect. Looks like whoever developed the site copy/paste the warning for the 18x10s. Which have a completely different offset and definitely wouldn't clear brembos

Freaking thank you guys!

I love my hyper silver PP wheels, they really pop against my Magnetic paint, but don't love the staggered fitment and the goofy offset. I like road course track days and proper rotating. And I don't like spacers.

I wanted another set of wheels so that I could swap between summer Firehawk Indy 500s and my Conti DWS during the colder season. I had given up because of the crazy costs for the designs that I did like (Project 6GR-Fives) and ordered a direct replacement PP wheels from CJ last fall. A week after I ordered, CJ refunded me stating that they were out of stock, and didn't know when they'd get more. Looks like Ford Performance discontinued the hyper silver for 2018. I was pretty bummed. I didn't want to spend flippin' $2K on some wheels that had the proper fitment...

Then I caught this thread. PP wheels in hyper silver, 10" wide(wow!), +35mm offset(holy hell!!!), and only $75 each?! AND they clear the Brembos?

I ordered a set 19x10 squared with TPMS tonight. Need to get a matching set of 274/40R19 Indy 500s to go with my current rears sitting in my garage, and I'll be set for spring! These should look amazing with my BMR SP080R lowering springs.
