Bezel Part

I'm looking for the little liner that goes in the cd opening. Does anyone know what this is called; where/if it can be bought?

Unfortunately the bezel is sold as one unit so there is no specific part number for this piece...

You don't know anywhere else hat might have something like this?

It wouldn't be to difficult to make the part once you have the material. Any crafts store should have stiff felt material.
