I wrapped my interior panel a while ago with some carbon fiber wrap. Did the whole panel from the lower left all the way to the lower right, which includeds the lighting cluster to the left of the steering wheel.

wow, I like it.
Can you share with me how did you do that? What wrap did you use? 3D, 4D, 5D?
Here is a pic of what I did.

I used 3M Black DI NOC carbon fiber. I removed all the panels from the car and removed the gauges from the center piece. I also did the trim to the left of the steering wheel where the light controls are and the lower left panel.

This is the first time I ever have done any wrapping of any kind, so with that said, if you have any patience and craftful skill this can easily be done. Took me about 2 hours for everything. I watched a bunch of youtube videos on interior warpping to get the general idea and then you live and learn.

Lay the pieces out on the wrap so that the wrap has about a couple inches around the whole piece so that you can wrap onto the back. I messed up the first time and cut too short and had to redo, but a $20 error, not terrible. You'll need a heat gun or hair dryer (what i used) to get the wrap soft around the dials to bend it in. Kind of hard to explain, but once you do it you'll know what I mean.

Interior still looks great, zero wear and I love the finish. Gives a uniqueness to my whip

I got the blue strips from China. I used one for right and one for left side.
Wired them together.

I just wrapped my steering wheel controls. Di-noc is amazing stuff.

Can I ask how you wrapped it? I want to wrap mine but I don't really want to remove the steering wheel to do so.

Considering you've not wrapped anything before, looks like you did a really good job!

disconnect the battery, remove the airbag, remove the bezels, wrap them, instal them,
instal the airbag, connect the battery, adjust the clock etc.
to wrap the bezels use your skills and imagination, you need a gun
to wrap the left and right bezels is easy
to wrap the bezel on bottom is hard, i used 3 pieces
good luck!

You don't have to remove the steering wheel.

Watch the video on swapping a gt350 steering wheel and it shows you how to remove the airbag. After you remove the airbag, the hardware retaining the steering wheel control trim is right there. T8 torx bit and a T12 bit ( I think) will get the screws out. Wrap em up, reinstall.

Make sure you trim as much overhang off as possible. The tolerances between the trim and the steering wheel are really tight. I had one side that wouldn't fit quite right. I trimmed it up and it popped right in. Don't force it.
