Have VIN no build week

I ordered car on 1/6/18 and dealer gave me VIN 1/15/18.i used COTUS today and found my car where it sai it was still processing order. Not all the options where ther e.g. Pony package. Is it unusual to have VIN, but no further information on build week?Thanks

P.s for COTUS I used the second of the two websites recommended in the sticky
