This is just an informative thread for all of you who have question about the TPMS Sensors and then we can easily find the information.

We have definitly two different frequensies, US : 315MHz / EU : 433MHz

So US Sensors doesn't sync with our EU cars (I had the issue with US Sensors).

Cheers

I also have useless sensors from CJ pony parts. For now I doesn't order a new set of sensors, I wait next summer to change them.

I already talked to my dealer to find TPMS Sensor in EU configuration for the car.

Most tyre specialists in Europe sell universal TMPS sensors. Might be worth while to check out if those work.

Can't you just leave the stock sensors on? Or did you buy a second set of wheels already...
A set of new ones are basically included in the price for fitting the new tires. I'll point out to them that there's no need, but I am expecting them to try anyway. If so, I guess I'll have to get hold of my old ones.

Ah okay, that's a good deal. Make sure to get the old ones, they are quite pricey.

Maybe in Australia regulation is different and you are allowed to use US frequencies

On the spec sheets for my car from ETIS. FORD there was a notation of 433Mhz.(same as UK/EURO)I did not know what that was for. I do now.As it happens Ford Ranger(also Mondeo, new Everest) use 433Mhz TPMS sensors. They are not cheap at Ford.At least problem solved.
