Yes I did Steve. You also posted his numbers in post #67 above. Let TimHixson do a run as well. It might be more complete than Graham's, as Tim may have the opportunity to do a more complete 3rd and 4th gear pull (or let the auto trans at Sport+ or Track mode do the job for him) ;)

I am curious to see his numbers.

Yes. Just need to make a google docs file so that anyone can add data. Will notify here, as well as our Mustang Europe group on Facebook as soon as I find some time.

So this is what I believe we should log in the Excel file:

1. Mods
2. Max Estimated hp (AP)
3. Max Estimated Tq (AP)
4. Max Boost pressure (AP)
5. Ambient temp (AP)
I gave this a try this afternoon. 3rd gear pulls from 3k-6k. OTS Cobb Stage 1 tune

1. 2015 EBPP 6-speed, green filter, magnaflow cat-back (was a DS autocross car so essentially stock)
2. 365 hp
3. 424 ft-lb
4. 23.5 psi
5. 48.5 F

note: I did three attempts. HP values were all 365.x. Torque/boost pressure on the other two were 447/24.95 & 412/24.2

After the pulls I installed an Airaid intake tube. New results for steps 2-5:

2. 379 hp
3. 435 ft-lb
4. 24.61 psi
5. 48.8 F

BTW, while doing the initial pulls I also did one each with map 3 and the economy map 5. Those results were:

Map 3
2. 350 HP
3. 400 lb-ft
4. 22.57 psi
5. 48.1 F

Economy Map 5
2. 298 HP
3. 306 lb-ft
4. 13.55 psi
5. 48.3 F

I can't believe the HP & TQ values are very close to reality but found the comparisons interesting. Agree that a result from a stock tune will be very interesting.

I am still planning on the bone stock runs. The weather here in the midwest is killing me. The roads are still covered in salt/sand and we are expecting 1-3" of snow tonight.

Yeah, they don’t seem accurate. However the differences in hp and Tq seem to be accurate and this is good to know because we can use this tool to measure the performance improvements when adding mods.

As described in a previous post, I would suggest to anyone doing this, to try to do a 3rd to 4th gear pull from ~2500 rpm to redline instead of just a 3rd gear pull. This is not a datalogging process for tuning and you will end up using the engine at its full potential.

Understood, but that's really difficult to do. We're doing about 85 at the top of 3rd and need a lot of space to get to the top of 4th safely.
