Your dealer will know. Mine could tell that min was on the train. If they don't see yours on the train yet, it was likely held for quality rework.
i think it just takes time to get the train full with enough cars for them to ship them out. im having the same issue with it showing built on 11/29 and my del date was 12/5, today! then once it was built, the moved the del date to 12/20, i went to dealer and they said del window is 12/14-12/20, but so far its still says awaiting shipment. the printout the dealer gave me said it was built and also released on the same day, so there is no hold on it right now(unless something changed in the last 2 days, which i doubt) they probably have to have so many going our way, then they can load it up. i know normal time to AZ is 13-18 days, since ive ordered 3 others in the past, so if mine doesnt get on one soon, i suspect they will push out my delivery date once again which sucks!
I hate calling them they never get back with me in a timely manner.
I text my salesman and he talks to his manager and he usually gets back to me that same day. Or you could just stop by the dealer and see what they say.
My delivery date changed from-12/13-12/8-12/23-12/27. man this is BULLSHIT-never ever again will I order a car from Ford. :amen::amen:
