The only reason I can see why we get that bottom grill is due to cable mounts.
We have a sensor and cable for the bonnet deployment there. When you replace with the GT bottom grill there is no where to clip the cable to.

Looks good, you'll have to ask for an updated version with all your mods on...

American. Premium. Trim. Level. (USA)

Not standard.

Standard American GT gets the lower grille everyone over here is changing to (me included). Premium gets the ACC/Wipers/Blind spots/leather/sync/etc. (Granted America has many different trim levels, but this grille is part of the "premium" trim level for America. Which is why we get it over here as we get the "premium" trim level as standard in the UK).


Anyway [MENTION=20439]Jimboy2[/MENTION] indeed I zip died mine up there, and with [MENTION=26917]sheps5.0[/MENTION] one we just pushed it behind the clips, fitted fine.

Yes you are right, took me a while to find it, must of fell off sometime after fitting :shrug:

I curbed my rear right wheel!

Going to get the company that fixed all the scratches and dents on my Mazda to come and sort it out. Shit.

Not good! I'm sure that can be repaired easily.

Easy repair, looks like a very thin layer of paint on the wheels, down sides with mattes and satins is they're got thin laquer coatings so the paint "Just falls off" them. Doesn't look like there's any scarring on the alloy so should just be a sand and paint jobby .

Kooks headers going on today, forget the pics, will try and get a vid with audio

In preparation I dropped these off with the painters.

Black mirrors for me.... Asked a mate to spray and fit them

Whacked the borla atak cat back on to go with the kooks green catted headers. All I'll say is where have you been my whole life. Lovely deep, nasty growl at low to mid rpm. But when smashed this thing is just insane. With the headers it's gonna sound more race car than old school which it certainly does. At 6-7k rpm this thing literally makes your ear drums tickle and I love it. Black tips too to blend in with everything else. Got my gloss black with red grille hood vents installed also. Looks the business. Will post pics when cleaned up and hood polished. Well happy with both this weeks mods.
