You'll see much lower temps when in traffic with this
Seems backwards to me. The flared inlet is most functional at high speed. At slow speeds it wouldn't have any advantage.

Is this only for stock airbox? I have a PMAS, but I like the look of this and was not sure if it would make a difference at all
I would like to know as well.

It stops radiator backwash behind the grille, that is the reason why.

For a closed box, it will help produce positive pressure (ram air). For both open and closed boxes, it will keep IATs more stable since it ducts directly from the grille and thus significantly less interference from hot flow from the radiator.

Hey BmacIL I just bought the Cervini's C series grilles...would I still be able to use the big mouth with PMAS or would it be a waste?

Yes! It retains the same "fang" opening for the air inlet so it will work just as well. With that grille, it would look better with a big mouth on both sides, IMO (since it's completely open on both), but there's no performance reason for the passenger side one.

Nice Bill ... what's the point of the passenger side one? Is it just for uniformity of looks?

Jealous. Really need to install mine. I'm skiddish about removing the bumper.

This was the first time I removed my bumper cover. I too was hesitant about taking it off. Watched a bunch of video's but the Landon with LMR's video is a good one. If removing by yourself I would recommend taking the wires loose first. It's kinda hard to hold the bumper cover with one hand while trying to get the wires off.
thanks. I may try it or find someone in Jacksonville to pay.

Just did mine last weekend wasn't nearly as big of a deal as I thought. Had some help from a friend that had taken his off though.
