I had the Ford Racing axles installed today. I'll be boosted next month when WHIPPLE starts shipping the new Gen 5.

i think, but correct me it I am wrong, the Ford Racing axles are the GT350 axles correct?
No, Ford Racing axles are much more robust design. They're built by G-Force Engineering for Ford. $$$$ mucho

I was just responding to a question asked for clarification.

I have purchased the GT350 axles and will be installing them soon.

While on the subject of axle upgrades, are GT350 hub bearings any better than those on the GT that seem to fail on a regular basis?

Gotch, sorry got confused who was who. So when you get your GT350 shafts can you take a picture of the two (both passengers and both drivers) side by side similar to the pic above. For some reason I think only one side (driver vs passenger) is larger diameter than the stock GT shafts. Hoping I’m wrong.

I will be sure to document the visual differences and post some pics. Should be in the month or so, car is only coming out of winter storage in a week or two!

Awesome:headbang: I think I might pull the trigger on the driver side half shaft I just found out they can be bought separate. As to my original question iv seen a couple gt350 with drag radials at mexico dumping the hell of the clutch and launching pretty strong with no problems. Are they stronger than oem GT hs? Yes they are but the question is how much stronger. It seems for N/A cars they are fine.
