Shift light indicator for non gt 350

Hello guys.
I was wondering if there was anything after market for all of us who don't own a gt 350 that would act like the shift like indicator in our windshield .
That's one of my fVorite things on a gt350 And would like to incorporate it to my gt.
Any ideas? It would be cool kinda like the movie need for speed where the mustang has the speedometer reflected in the windshield .

I'd probably keep that off. The Vette has it as it's nothing new to have HUD and I find it distracting myself. That's what ears are for

I have thought about buying a shift light, but mounting it inside the hood so it makes the left hood vent glow when it is time to shift.

Would be very subtle, but directly in your line of sight.

I haven't watched to see if it does it during the day, but at night as long as your gauge colors aren't set to red the tach will turn red when you reach redline.

Really? I haven't noticed that ... Time to play with it.

This is only in the premium cars and have the ability to change the gauge color.

I have seen it only at night in my car and the tach and speedo both turn red around 7k rpm. I don't think anybody has found a way to adjust it yet either.

Yeah I wasn't sure if it was a premium only option or not.
