I went to Dyno Day at Alternative Auto in Chesterfield, Michigan Saturday.

I met some mustang guys and it was fun. Dyno'd my '15 with the LMS supercharger.

Below is my dyno chart from LMS and Alternative Auto. But the troubling thing is that Lidio, the owner, said he detected some pre-detnotaion in the tune. I have called LMS, but as they were closed, I left a voicemail and emailed them. I couldn't hear it, but the two runs are a bit different. The car was only running for about 2 minutes before the pulls. It was sitting for 3 hours waiting for the rollers. Just FYI.

I know the SAE is the more accurate reading. But quite a bit of variation and the concern of predetonation.

Any and all feedback are welcome. The car is an auto with 3.55 gears and no other mods, if that matters.

That break up on teh top end could be Detonation. DO you have a tuner that you can log it with?

Are you running a good quality 91 or 93oct?
Is the tune custom or mail order?

It was a Dyno tune at their place supposedly. It's using their tuner called mycalibrator.

I'd question them on it, but while waiting back I'd be looking for a good reliable tuner in the area to possibly get a custom tune. If for no other reason than having someone local that you can ask questions and knows your car instead of dealing w/ phone/email support.

The problem is that they give a 1 year warranty. Which is good. Since I had the SC installed I put Ford Performance Borla touring axle backs on. Could that have caused a lean condition? Is it possible the 93 octane I put in was wrongly marked?

Muffler change wouldn't cause any problems.
