Interior Trim Question

Your order confirmation or DORA also needs to show the S4 option for "Redline" in order to get red stitching.

Oh man I see No 'S4'. I just have the 68B.
So what did I buy for $385?

They have black / redline under premier trim. Salesman may have messed up and did ebony instead of redline.

68B comes in 2 colors and 2 styles, black / red and recaro / not-recaro.
68B gets you the soft touch door panels and arm rest, and higher quality stitching on the seats.

On a recaro car, black 68B gets you black panels with black stitching. On a redline+recaros car, you should have black panels with red stitching and red stitching on the recaros and (ebrake or shifter boot, can't remember which gets it).

It's white stitching everywhere. WTH?

I saw a redline and a non redline recaro in the same showroom, i like the non redline better. Both looked awesome though. I skipped the premier trim because it did not change the leather quality on the recaros, just the door panel and glovebox cover.

the door panels are different and the leather is much more soft. That along with the contrast stitching. Compared side by side at the Portland Auto Show yesterday, and the leather is very noticeable, more "milky smooth" in the Premier interior.

Do you already have a VIN assigned? If not, your salesman can adjust the order to include the Redline color option.

If you don't see the red line option on you build sheet, you ended up getting Ebony, meaning upgraded black leather with white contrast stitching.

For what it's worth, I think Ebony is going to work a million times better with Ruby.

he got recaros, right?

The car is already built so I'm screwed.
Yes I have the Recaro seats.

I went (or wanted that is) Red Line because the Stang is Ruby Red.
