No one will want a 15-17 once all of the info is known.
Yeah. I sold my 2016 to a scrap yard today. Didn't want to wait until even they wouldn't buy one.

I still want my 2017 even with the info they will share. I sure wish there were aftermarket parts for these cars. :tsk:

Messed around in Photoshop with some facelift pics. Guess my '18 Mustang project will look like this - The front end is just perfect in that shot:

Swap out the lower (middle part) grill for honeycombs like the top. Refresh will have that.

Made another photoshop pictures for a modded eu model for someone in the german forum. Ok in the first leaked pictures the front looked stupid. But with the time and officiall pictures I don't get how people still hate the facelift. You don't have to love it, but in no way this car is ugly. And you still see 100% mustang in it.

Interesting, thanks for all that! If order banks are rumored to open in towards the end of June I'm sure people will be angry if they don't know the specs by then, but maybe we'll be waiting till July again.
Recall that possible date Easter egg on the dash - end of Jun time frame.

Meh, I take those hints with a grain of salt. Yea, one with 455, but also one with 755 and a maybe 470 and a bunch of other stuff. Overall I think the "real" Easter-eggs were the obvious stuff. 1964.5, 289, etc.

Got pissed and tired of waiting for Ford to release the info already.
Besides I hate the front fascia and new engine & transmission ->
Not going to go thru 1st year issues after waiting 7 years to buy my Mustang.
When the S650 comes out I will trade up - assuming of course if its the same
engine and tranny and worked out any issues and the new redesign body style comes with weight savings.

you guys have it all wrong, this engine is a updated version of the current 5.0 so it should have any major problems addressed. the s650 will be a whole new car so it will have it's own set of problems.

Just an update? The difference between this new Coyote 2 engine and the current one is probably even bigger than the difference between the current Coyote and the ole 5.0 from the Fox era.

Yeah, this time it's actually 5 liters.

More than likely you will hate the S650 even more, and it probably won't be using the same engine or transmission

Yep, it will be more Euro and less Muscle. Remember when the Probe was going to be the next Mustang? I fear we are closer to that than I want to go! But hey, maybe the CAFE standards get lowered and they end up dropping an all aluminum version of that new 7 Liter truck engine in it and make a modern Boss 429 instead? I can only dream.:headbang:

That would be awesome.
I could live with the styling if it had that engine add some weight savings and heck that would be a winner. Just don't like Ford going away from the muscle car
styling.
