Great footage to watch but sitting here watching has my stomach in knots because we here in the states drive on the other side of the road. I think I would have to be chauffeured in Australia and I would still be a nervous wreck riding in the left side of the car without a steering wheel to hang on to. LOL!

On my first trip to the States in 1995, I was nervous as all hell - especially since I picked the rental car up (it was a Pontiac Sunbird convertible) at LAX and had to make my way to the Pacific Coast Highway via LA.

It was very daunting at first, but I got used to it reasonably quickly. Some of your rules over there were also a little confusing (4-way stop signs, turning permitted at red lights etc.) but it rapidly ended up being second nature.

Man there is some shit drivers out there

I am amazed at the amount of aholes that cause large amounts of damage and potential injury and then just drive off.... ..we live in a time where very few people take responsibility for their actions or are unable to comprehend what they have just done.

^^^ They think life is a Playstation, they just reset and go again. There's just too much aggression on the roads these days - they just have to get one more spot ahead. Tear up the outside at lane mergers (Church St on ramp to M4 is a classic!!), and then run over the solid line and cut 2 or 3 lanes across. Fly past you in the 80kmh roadwork sections.

Geez, it's only Monday morning! I better take a breath!

I swear some of those were deliberate. It's like they waited for the other car before pulling out.

While on subject, F770 owners, how hot do your SD cards get? I rotate through several cards so when I get to my destination I pop it out and insert a different one. Most days it's so hot I can barely touch it, especially in the afternoon when it's been recording parking mode all day. Have to be quick to not burn my fingers.

Reminder to also turn off DST setting if you haven't already. I forgot about it last week.

My windscreen got smashed this week so as the dashcam has had to come off I’ve ordered a new thinkware F800

Sold the f770 to my mate for his Cayman S

I've gone out to a few places today for a Thinkware F800Pro with the rear camera & hardwire options, installed. Will keep you posted on the all in cost.

Nice evasive lane change - interesting that it was enough to trigger an incident recording.
