Header install completed by a few good friends of mine.

Currently running muffler delete 2.5 inch stock piping but swapping to a 3 inch borla atak setup.

How has the smell been for those with the catted headers?

I have a set making their way from Florida via FedEx.

Do the O2 sensor bungs still need to be moved/angled differently to "safely" run E85 without killing the sensors?

yes. I fouled out some already. I need to get mine relocated. I didn't think that would happen to me and ran like 2 or 3 tanks of flex without switching to 91 and light came on for 02s.

anyone know if there is a specific angle we need to set them at?

Enough of an angle that will help the condensation drip. Mine are ever so slightly tipped, and I have had no issues.

I assume the change has to be done via exhaust shop. How much did you pay?

I seem to remember seeing 5° above horizontal sticks in my mind for some reason.
