Does the k-brace need cutting like it does on the LHD model?

Sorry guys, I am dumb. I actually had this price in an email from street fighter.

It is $1200 for the driveline warranty if you wanted to know.

I was looking on your website, about that warranty and i have to ask a quick question.

The Ford Racing Supercharger kit comes in at 670hp... i do recall last year the Ford kit was lower than the Roush kit, but now they are both the same and both kits use 47 lb Roush Injectors..

(i know they are the same kit, but the tune's orginally were different)

You still have the ford racing supercharger kit at 630hp on your website... does this need updating?

Also, im a little confused. the supercharger Kit with the SF full header back exhaust was 680hp

So only +10hp more than the 670 kit.....

I did notice both kits now use 47 lb Roush Injectors.. was that not the case when you did the dyno.

Cheers,

Probably because extractors have a heap less impact on an FI car. No need to extract when you're pushing...

The roush kit only makes 400rwkw (540hp) with a full custom tune or around 640hp at the crank. We have issues with fuel in Australia and the headers really don't help

Something doesn't add up.. just wanted some clarification, as the phase 1 Roush kit claims 670hp at the crank? (i know about drivetrain loss) this isn't about that.

I know there is a small lost from the RHD headers, due to the smaller pipe on one of the headers to clear the steering rack... but it can't be 40hp less from that

With RHD SF long headers the power gain is an extra 50hp with the high flow 1000cc injectors

But what I'm confused about is that the rough kit in US is 670hp with their 480cc injectors,

So why can't we have 670hp with SF RHD headers without the bigger injectors...

If rough can get 670hp with 480cc injectors and stock LHD headers then, i would have though with a better header such as SF RHD, the hp increase would be bigger than 10hp, especially with 1000cc injectors.

As for fuel, 98 oct (AUS) is the same as 93 oct (US)

Maybe so, but the claim is the full exhaust will net you 50hp over the normal kit...

My issue is the kit sold by Mustangmotorsport is claimed at 670hp, and this is AU based vendor as well...

Just trying to find out were the 630hp baseline came from..and if this is a error, maybe its based of an older 2011-14 kit.. they were a 624hp kit..

5.0 mustang with a Roush kit fitted, Stock headers & Cat back, SCT X4, Custom tuned with 400kw. The 670hp figure came from the Ford Performance/Roush and it is unlikely we are going to make it on our Australian cars, it would be interesting to see what the standard tune from roush is putting out.

Headers only gain 25hp (19kw) at the wheels (green to red)

We just can't compare the Australia Mustang to the US Mustang because we are down on power. My car bone stock ran 246kw (334hp), US cars are generally making 390hp stock.

So we have 2 issues in play
1. Our fuel is inferior to that of the US
2. Our headers are uneven and restrictive.

Either way we are talking about a lot of power to the wheels, these cars are lighter than your falcon/commodore. We are faster and more powerful than the new LS3 VF S2 (someone should tell them that so they stop trying to rev at me)
