Yes. Closer to the GT350 than anything else, but different. You can see glimpses in the video.

Sad they weren't able to deliver on what insiders had been saying for the better part of a year (800+), including people who've driven it. That was the goal.
I am guessing it is somewhere around 755-770hp.

Listen to the video... That is not a CPC V8.
Yeah and in the beginning has a push rod engine. Considering all documents leading up this said 5.2 CPC. The engine as it comes shakes like hell. It would be nearly impossible for Ford to make a 5.2 FPC w/ FI to meet their durability requirements. Also considering all the talk said the FPC will only be in the 350. Also this engine won't need 8000rpm to make its power.

I won't be upset if I am wrong, just taken by major surprise

Nice, thanks for posting and I too noticed the pre-2018 headlights...while the front fascia is GT350esque, it is bad ass!! Sound was great too...had the FPC snarl, but still could have been a CPC...too bad there will be stupid ADM or I'd go order one right now!!

The front splitter area looks nice. Is it me or do the headlights look more like a 15-17 than a 18?

Well the video clearly depicts a FPC 5.2. Maybe they were researching both the CPC and FPC for this application and CPC was the front runner but they decided to go FPC.

Either way it is certainly an FPC 5.2.

That did not sound like anything CPC to me. I have never heard a CPC coyote based engine sound like that. I guess it is possible they modified the exhaust to sound like an FPC but personally I think it is a FPC 5.2. That would also line up with the fact that they are discontinuing the FPC 5.2 NA.

Correct. While I agree it does sound Voodoo-like, that engine stays with the GT350.

Here's some shots showing the important bits: Front fascia design, massive hood heat/pressure vents, big rear wing (channeling my inner Chris Harris "have you seen the rear wing!??"), brake cooling/lift reduction venting behind headlights, oh and '18 taillights.
