I finally got around to getting some video footage of my car with the headers installed, intake, tune and e85.

Parts list:
Kooks long tube headers
Kooks high flow race cats and x-pipe mid section
Jlt intake
Jlt catch can passenger side
Jlt coil covers
NGauge
Lund flex fuel tune
E85 in the tank

Didn't do starting dyno since plenty of other have done baseline runs fully stock and pulled numbers from 440-460 range (I assume dynojet numbers)

Installed the headers first and then the intake and tune second. Then ran all the 91 fuel out of the tank.

The most significant gain in hp was felt during the switch from 91 to E85 fuel.

As you know the long tube headers make this car deafening loud. I'm not joking it's probably the loudest street car I've ever heard in my entire life. Just rediculous. Video volume x100 in person loud. Personally I would prefer a little less volume but I have 0 regrets with the changes from stock.

Here is the vid I put together with my GoPro. Audio is not the best but gives you a little idea of how it sounds now.

And the dyno chart for those of you interested.

Let me know what you guys think

Impressive power. But no e85 hear. And I don't think I could take the mpg hit. Any guess on your power without e85

Damn man legit numbers and sounds amazing!! 540hp with a na production small block is a fantastic deal!! That's over 2.5 times more power than the ole foxbodys made lol.

So I see that you have CA plates. Are all those modifications CARB legal?

I would have to guess 20-30 hp lower on 91 but its just my guess. It blasts through a tank of gas now. I believe $$/mile is less on E85. Consumes way more fuel but its $1 less per gallon as well.

Next Phase,

I do still have the stock headers, and mid pipe with resonators. However I have the stock mufflers still on the car to retain the dual modes. You are looking for stock set of mufflers and resonators?

superman07 sigh, another video with too much music.
Hahaha how about I get some raw footage from behind this week and I will post it just for you man! - Hopefully the gopro can handle the volume from the bumper view!

Are the factory resonators still on the car in the video?

No, not looking for stock parts. Just curious on the exact set up. Thanks for the info.

I'm pretty happy with the sound of the R, but it's not my daily driver so I wouldn't mind if it gets stupid loud.

Was looking at Kooks or ARH. Why did you opt for Kooks?

Actually it's well over three times more.

Edit: as the fox used to make 170-180rwhp

+1 to video with no music.

An in-car POV would be nice, too...

Sounds fantastic, though! Must run like a champ!
