Best plugs for boost brisk silver or ngk iridium?

i got one buddy says he gaps his vmp charged car to .30 , no issues,,sean @ lethal says .028 how do you determine the proper gap for your car....

Go with what your tuner says... Adam would have you always stay gapped between .025 and .030.

Barrell i'm getting p0300 codes only when i do a wot pulls.. with no ill effects car still runs the same ... i reset the code and it wont come on until i do a wot run. sometimes it flashes and goes away and sometimes it flashes then sticks ...i got a log into Adam as we speak he's had it for 2 weeks. i haven't heard back yet...

I have the same issue. Just pulled my plugs and found one with a cracked ceramic insulator. I run NGKs. I have new ones on the way and I'm hoping that solves my PO300 issue.

I've seen many guys have similar issues to yours with a couple plugs in the .030-.031 range.

I'd be sure your all at .28 on a feeler gauge.

fwiw I spent about an hour at my kitchen table with a feeler gauge, gapping tool, an cheater specs. Personally I think it's that important.

Semi-related, how often are you boosted guys changing your plugs?

I just ordered a new set of ngk’s from lethal today since you cant buy these in any store. I figured its always good to have a spare set.. $79.95 free shipping..

I just bought mine from advanced auto, you do it online it was 60... My car needs plugs around every 7-8k miles. I have gotten the butt puckering flashing mil after wot run 3 times in the cars life, all three times a fresh set of plugs cured it. Almost 7500 miles each time.

I change mine 2-3 times a year. rock auto has the NGK 6510s for $45 so its not bad. I also check them after I race/ run the car hard

Update::: lethal just emailed me saying they will be outta stock on my plugs for 7-10 days so i cancelled my order and ordered a set from rock auto $47.00....saved $32 thanks Thanks boduke0220....minutes later i have a tracking # wooot
