I do wonder if I could have a dealer install this and retain warranty though. I definitely wouldn't be comfortable doing it myself and since it is part of the drivetrain, I'd want to at least try and keep the warranty.

I'll be watching this one.

They usually don't, these ones are rarer to pop up.

I wonder if they would do that for autos since they have to make adjustments to the speedo and what not. They probably won't but if they did however...

I bought mine from Shelby auction but it’s a 355 gears and it looks new my bid was $203 & $85 for shipping they are a good place to buy from

I'm an auto car with 3.55's :doh: Need more gear.

Same ones I got from shelby last year with my GT Brakes. Great when you can snag them. Now I'm worried I'll have to drop them since I am building towards FI. I have heard they are paired okay with the turbos I am leaning towards.

I JUST won a 355 from them. I decided to pounce on the 355 because they don't come around often. Oh well. I feel like I'll be happy with the 355s as the 373s might be a tad too short, but if I didn't grab a 355 I'd probably be singing a different tune. I'd expect this bid to get a bit more pricey than the 355s tho.

Did the GT have a 3.73 gear option with the standard trac-loc diff? I thought the only way to get those gears was in the Torsen equipped performance pack cars?

You are right, the 3:73 rear end that comes with the PP is Torsen. There is no option for 3:73s in this car from factory with trac-loc iirc.

Yeah I expect this to go much higher.
Would be nice to have though. Exactly what I am looking for.

Easy to make changes to the speedo for accuracy if you use FORScan.
