I'm a little confused by your post. Do you mean "design" or did you mean "prototype"? Are you talking about sketches/CAD/clay or an actual completed, driving vehicle?

Design (drawings)..not prototype or clay. If nothing has changed since then, the thing will have a wing that will make the 350R’s look tiny.

He means the final production intent design of all the parts and systems. Last prototype phase cars going through final validation now, of which a couple of show/marketing cars will be shown at the auto shows.

I did a google search for images of the 2019 GT500 and did find one with a more traditional wing that did look larger that the GT350 wing but I didn't know how to get that pic on here...
