I’ve been trying to find out how much boost is the Roush Phase 2 with Roush Tune putting out?

I would guess around 12lbs. Reason being, the Phase 1 kit is 7-7.5 with an 85mm pulley. The Phase 2 kit you're going down to an 80mm pulley. I'm running an 82mm pulley on a Phase 1 kit, but with headers and Lund tuned. Headers lower the boost psi a little. With an 82mm it says I should be 9-9.5lbs if I had the Roush tune and stock exhaust manifold. I'm probably closer to 9lbs. maybe I'm way off, but I think I'm in the ballpark.

I thought closer to 11lbs.. but my Roush boost gauge says closer to 9 with no headers, Borla cat-back VMP tuned. IDK, it runs good so I'm not going to worry too much about it. I was curious though if anyone else was running a mechanical boost gauge with the phse 2 what they were seeing.

it should be around 9lbs it will vary depending on intake/ exhaust setup. the only time the boost readout really matters is if it reads off the normal to indicate a possible boost leak.

example if you go catless the boost would go down but it would still net you more power.

I'd assume with the 80mm pulley it would run around 10, maybe 11 depending on other mods/tune? I'll be installing my Roush gauge soon and post up what it reads..thinking of dropping to the 79mm pulley though as well.

I just went from phase 1 to phase 2 on my '15 RS3 and I'm seeing about 10psi on the cluster, No mechanical gauge to verify how accurate it is.

That sounds right as I have stage 2 with 79mm pulley and 9-10lb boost with factory and aftermarket boost guage. I have fuel upgrades with injectors and return fuel system. I don't push it hard in this cold weather.
