Knowing Hackett? A Prius competitor, a refreshed Mustang with a 1.6L Ecoboost from the Fiesta, and the new F150...what we thought was the Ranger.

Okay, I can guess everyone has realized by now I HATE this guy.

Hopefully he hasn't been around long enough to impact current state products (MY19). I know he has a preference for "current" vs. gas. Pun intended. I hope you're wrong and I'm right.

Jokes aside, a 2.3L 350tq 4cyl hybrid would really get my attention in an f150.

With the electric assist it would be 450tq+
So the ballpark of the current 3.5 Ecoboost, hut would be a turd once the electric motors stop helping at highway speeds.

Would you also be in the market for a 1.6L GT500 hybrid too?

Yeehaw - sounds lovely - an $80,000 pickup truck with a 4 cylinder engine and lots of complexity.

/sarcasm

You won't see anything (significantly) new for the truck for at least two years.

I'm expecting Ranger, Explorer, probably Focus, Bullitt and GT500**

**could be some time after NAIAS.

GT500 won't be at NAIAS. Bullitt is looking promising/certainty.
