How small of a pulley car you run and still use 93 pump gas. Do you need to upgrade injectors? And do you have to change the belt or any of the other pulleys.

you can basically look at the phase 2 upgrade, they do plugs, pump booster, 80mm pulley and tune. thats about the limit for the roush injectors.

Does anyone have before and after results on phase 1 to phase 2?

If you are running Ok under phase 1 I would just stay there. Phase 2 has issues for most of us. Car feels a little stronger but goes into limp mode at inopportune times. I've had all three Roush tunes and don't like any of them and Roush, though they say they are working on it, seems not to be too concerned. I would look into Lund, Palm Beach Dyno, VMP, Brenspeed, or the likes if you want more power. All will require new injectors but seem to be having some success. Good luck whichever way you go.

My phase two runs well and has never been in limp mode

While I feel there is more power available with another tune
I can use what I have in the first three gears

Did you go from phase 1 to 2?

my stock phase 1 with the ford racing cat back just put down 590whp/520wtq this weekend. should be a good baseline for most to use. was in the 70s in florida.

Yep very similar to mine back in September, 593/526 phase 1 with 3" catback.
