I don't want it obnoxious or awfully raspy. I do want more volume though. I drove it to Church this morning and the cold startup was louder than before. (the wife didn't notice any difference lol) It does sound quite nice backed up in the carport. I'll have to get on it a little to see how it sounds above 3k. For $125.00, well worth the payout for a very nice piece.

I'll do a drive-by as the other sound clips sitting still sound pretty good. In person makes a big difference as the sound clips (what I'm basing my purchases off of) kinda helps, but nothing like hearing these systems in real life. (IMO)

got mine on today, fit perfect, better than the Hearthrob h pipe. Exhaust is perfectly tucked under now and right muffler fits dead center as before it was off to the right in the bumper. Sounds amazing, way better, somehow it's quieter now than before.

Hey TJ, that's awesome man! B-Day's the 18th...already told the wife what I'm wanting!
I have a question though. Do you know how the length compares to the scavenger X-pipe from Flowmaster? The reason I'm asking is I have the Hurst Elite axleback...I know the scavenger x-pipe basically bolts right up. Not a deal breaker if yours doesn't. Just want to know how difficult the install will be for me. Thanks!

I don't think we have been able to measure that combo - i know this, our straight section is about 12” long.

I have a corsa touring axle back. would this x pipe go in with out any modification?

My resonator delete X came today, super fast shipping. I was unsure if I wanted to delete the resonator but for the price on sale, I will try it paired with my ford performance sport axlebacks.

When I did something like this with my 95 5.0 I picked up some pretty good exhaust drone at highway speeds but I tolerate it. One person has said they didn't notice any drove. Anyone else?

got mine in 3 days (really wouldve been 2 but fedex got lazy) - very easy to install, just cut the stock pipe as explained on install manual and bolt up. I have flowmaster axle backs which can make it drowny depending on speed/gear, however i really like the sound and can deal with it. (flowmaster axle back came with the car when i bought it)

depending on what kind of muffler you have you may get some drone or not at all. There is some raspiness because of the x pipe design (all x pipes have this type of raspy sound unless its a resonated x pipe).

overall quality of the piping & clamps is excellent and at a very good price.
