Yeah it is, they are trying to sell it as a short block, though. The deal here in this thread is for the entire long block.

I am still going back and forth with Brian @ Esslinger, but will probably end up taking this. Just trying to see if this motor will handle my goals or not, and what the cost is if I go a different route. Was hoping this motor had some type of cylinder support system or block bracing.
