Yeah, a few issues with that article, including the fact the Boss 302 wasn't a two seater............the Boss 302 Laguna Seca was a two seater :frusty:

MT would have to be the only media outlet that doesn't visit M6G. Something doesn't add up for me. Everyone's saying it's CPC so to what end would they say otherwise? Are they that uninformed?

It's sad that MT had only "earlier rumors" available.

What a mean feat it would be if Ford did build a FPC supercharged 5.2 liter V8. I am not ready to go against MT. Remember, last year Road & Track said we would see the 2019 GT500 before the end of 2018. Things are getting interesting.

We will SEE IT but it won't be available for sale till 2019 (maybe spring) rumors say...

I wonder how much longer until we see shots of it testing at the Ring.

Good thing Ford is taking the time to get the suspension dialed in on the 2019 GT500. We would not want to see what happened to the 2019 Corvette pace car last weekend happen to a GT500. The Vette had an automatic trans and Reuss still lost control with both hands on the steering wheel.

I saw that. The scary part is that he actually corrected properly and the car just didn’t respond. Guess he forgot about the existence of a brake pedal. GM was in immediate and untruthful (per usual) damage control mode, blaming it on track and weather conditions (on a nice, dry and clean track with beautiful weather going on).
