Car covers

How Many of you guys cover your car after its parked. There are some very soft satin covers that you can use after you drive and cover it. Anyone try them.

I have read that using a car-cover, where you take it off and put it on every day (DD car) actually does more damage to your paint.

I'd love to hear from some folks that cover their DD on a daily basis.

It's a Mustang. Do you see people covering their Camry or Accord?

I use a cheap amazon cover for mine while parked in the garage. Mines not a daily and my girls are 5 and 10. I’ve seen what damage they can do with just crayons. For $30, it might save me a scratch or two while they pull their bikes out.

I use a California Car Cover when I can as I dd my pony and it's a chore to use and store for just overnight. No scratches so far.

I use a Covercraft WeatherShield HP. They run about $400 but are well worth it if you park outside. I daily drive my Mustang and don't have a garage. I generally use it before snow storms or if it's going to rain after I just washed it.
