seat colors

I was messing around with the Ford build site and noticed you can't seem to get the ceramic or tan interior seats with premium plus. Is that correct or does it depend on what color car you want? Does anybody have a link to what color interior is available with each color car? I tried the brochure, but only the 17 is coming up for me right now.

btw, its probably a moot point since my build is approaching 46k with the options I want and I wanted to be at 40k max and I'm sure I can't come close to breaking even on my 16 trade until at least end of summer. I may have to make some compromises. Good news is, some dealers are already advertising almost 5k off the 18's, but they all look to have the ebony interior.

Consulting the order guide... No, Ceramic and Tan are only available with 200A or 400A.

That sucks. I guess I could maybe go with red.

Sadly it is the way Ford and others do their packages. Not sure why other than it cuts down on the number of variations, but on this car I would think Ford would accommodate.

I remember back when a black interior was the clear tell-tale of a basic, stripped down, model. And I still see it that way.

The up-sell premium interior should offer more color choices, not less.

I can't imagine NOT having a black interior. The only other one that appeals to me is the Blue as it's mostly just black.

I bet you do not live somewhere it routinely hits 118 during July and Aug.

I wish I could get black with the red stitching, it would be perfect on my future Race Red GT Premium. I feel like Race Red with the actual-Red seats would be a bit much. :(

I think the red seats are to much in general . I have a black 18 on order and originally wanted the red seats. I just get to much of the porn vibe it’s to much . I ordered the midnight blue interior and will do grabber blue stripes on the black

It’s funny you say that - after test driving an S4 with a red interior my gf said that red interiors make a car look like a strip club :lol:
I can’t even seem to find any dealerships near me that have an 18 Mustang in stock with the red interior - I really wish I could see one in person as the two-tone styling may make it more appealing than other red interiors that I’ve seen.

Though, I will say that the red interior for the LC500 is unforgettably AMAZING - best interior for any car I’ve ever been in, IMO.

Any craft store will sell dye pens you could easily accomplish this with. A bit of patience and it would look really good.

I agree - the impulse purchase side of me says that Black/Magnetic/Kona exterior with red interior would look awesome, but then the realistic side comes out and I realize that the red is just too much over the top, and that it would likely get old pretty quickly.

The blue accent interior w/ black leather is very appealing, especially with a Blue/White exterior...but I'll likely end up going with the standard black interior.

I’m doing shadow black with the blue accent interior just to give it some color . Will do some blue accents on outside as well
