I had my right knee replaced 4 weeks ago and I finally am able to start driving myself to physical therapy. Yay. I had my wife start it from time to time but all I could do was watch from the window.

Right knee? Hell, that's just the gas pedal/brake side. At least it wasn't the left knee. But then again, think therapy.

EDIT: Funny story. I was driving my son's '95 with a manual trans while I was waiting on mine to get delivered. I was having left knee issues so bad, I couldn't walk from my usual parking lot. I had to get handicapped parking to park next to my building.
Driving the manual was easy. Walking was not.

Yeah I am glad it wasn’t my left. I have been a stick guy forever and I would have had to get an automatic.

Boy, what a price to pay, letting your wife start the car. I think I would have got s trickle charger to avoid that
