Sooo my motor decided to go boom like a few hours ago. Pretty sure a rod let go. I wont know anymore till i get it home and take a look at it.

Apparently this is happening when you're driving along at a low RPM (like 6th on highway) and then you try to gun it without downshifting past a truck or car or whatever, tuned or not. There is apparently protection for this built into the auto (i.e., basically it downshifts before allowing you to apply much power) but that can't be had in a manual. With turbo 4's that produce a lot of torque, you must downshift... well, really any car, but apparently the EB produces enough torque to rip itself apart in this situation.

That is just one scenario that has been documented. Mine blew in 3rd gear at low RPMs. I have an Auto.

His is Auto. So it wasn't because of a low rpm 6th gear pull.

Man every few weeks, this is f insane ! well I guess next week it's Russian roulette with ford, I hope they are cool with it and replace the engine for you.
