I called the retailer and they told me the part # has changed as well. However, it is now known as DC. He said it was a part # changed but that it was the Ebony one with Homelink. I just can't find any diagrams online that would confirm that.

I picked up a Gentex 435 Homelink rearview mirror from an Infiniti off eBay for $45 with the wiring pigtail. I tapped the power and ground wires from the factory mirror(look up radar detector mirror tap here on the forum) and I also tapped the yellow wire in the overhead console for constant 12v. I used posi-tap connectors for the power and ground wires http://www.amazon.com/Posi-tap-Connector-20-22-Gauge-Wire/dp/B00389UT3I/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1447036599&sr=8-10&keywords=posi+tap I just shoved the factory connector with spliced wires in the headliner, you can barely see a small bump in the headliner but it's not very noticeable. I picked up a plastic wire cover made for the 435 from amazon http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005J5JT94?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00 I trimmed about a little over an inch off both pieces so it would fit in the headliner. It's a straight forward install, takes about 20-30 minutes. Feel free to PM me if you need a better description or more pictures.

This is the wire diagram for the GNTX-435

Yea, it appears so. And its not worth it, to me at least, for 300+. I'll just keep using my regular opener.

Thanks guys.
Just keep looking. I got 1 on ebay with a broken mirror for under $50. Even with swapping my stock mirror it was a 10 minute install.

Does anyone know if the S550 has unique sun visors, or if they're interchangable with any other Ford vehicles? That may open up more options when searching for a homelink sun visor. I know I want one.

When I checked it out it appeared to be a unique part number, unfortunately.

I was going to buy the above but I decided to have the Homelink fabricated in the visor. There is a guy on eBay (MrMobility) that does this. You purchase a take-off unit (about $25) and send this and your visor to him. He will do it for about $130 if you include the Homelink unit.

I'm pretty technical savvy, but I want clarify how the sun visor is pulled out, before I try it. I pulled the little black tab off, and see a metal clip that the tab fits into. I squeeze that together and pull it down with a fair amount of force and it the whole sunvisor comes down?

I bought this sunvisor off ebay, and noticed that the plastic housing that holds the sunvisor stem looks broken. I want to see if it's interchangable with my current sun visor or if that piece is not something that can be replaced.

Tried squeezing the tabs in and pulling down, seems like it needs a lot of force. Should I pull straight down, or at an angle? Looking at pictures of visors that are out, it kind of looks like there's a hook up there?
