Hi Guys

I was looking at dash kits for some time and found a Great Shop here in So.Cal. that had both the Metra and the New Scoshe Dash Kits. After looking at both of them and talking with the people at the shop I went with the Scoshe and I'm very happy with it.

I went with
Kenwood 9904 head unit
Alpine PDX F6 and M12 Amps
2 Sets of the New Infinity Kappa Perfect 600 speakers
2 JL W6 10"
zenclosure mustang box

I'm very happy with the install and set up so far :ford:

Very nice, first time I've actually seen an aftermarket head unit in an S550. Love the double din units with the XL screen.

Any pics of the amps?

Nice. What are the two units below the double din?

It's a Very bad photo. but when looking down at the amps they sit flush and level.
Damn, those crossovers are no joke. :eyebulge: Very nice and clean setup. No issues with the amps overheating in the enclosed space?

Nope work Great. They are the Alpine PDX Amps 4x150rms and 1x1200rms.

Yea first time trying these speakers and I have to say the new Infinity Kappa Perfect 600's are great.

Is there any more info on the Scoshe? You mention reverse sensors. Do you have a premium and removed the toggle buttons? I'm curious if they improved the reliability. Ive read about problems with the earlier model and also the metra. I'm expecting the head unit shows the camera and trajectory indicators?

Yep all sensors work. Toggles will stay if your car has them. Mine did not. The kit is very nice. Scoshe comes with a 2 Year Warty. vs 1 Year from Metra.

The Head Unit Shows the Camera and the lower right screen shows the Sensors/indicators.

So by sensors/indicators you must have an option with backup sensors? Or are you referring to the OBD info? I've also got a base model. I'm guessing the screen allows configuration on the settings normally found on the sync menus? Is Sync totally pulled out?

I think I answered all my questions. Found the manual: https://pdf.crutchfieldonline.com/ImageBank/v20171227093800/Manuals/142/142FD05B.PDF
I was thinking about the ITC menus. Looks like a lot of the 2nd screen is wasted most of the time. This also seems to be one of the best setups so far though.

Yeah the second screen on the right is mainly for the reverse sensors. On the climate control is done on the left screen.

Is there a way to add seat heating and cooling functionality on a base GT? Especially since with this Scosche unit, the buttons will now be available.
