Mobile dark mode option

Is there a way to force dark mode (ie, white text + black background) while browsing on mobile? On mobile Safari, sometimes there is an option to do that, but not on this forum.

If not, can this feature be added as a theme? I like to browse in bed and the bright background kills my eyes, even when my screen is dimmed.
