throttle body recall

Anyone else get a notice in the mail about replacing the throttle body due to it going into safe mode and coming to a crawl? Sounds similar to what happened to the Escapes 5-6 years ago.

Is there a recall reference #? Perhaps a pic of the letter?

Just had mine replaced. Took about one hour at the dealer. After driving for a couple days throttle response seems much better with the new throttle body.
